What a way to kick off the 54th edition of Raphael's Talent Search at the Dutchess County Fair! It is such a privilege for me to emcee this event and I just have such a wonderful time doing it.
The array and caliber of talent displayed is always amazing and this year was no exception. Above is a picture of Tuesday's finalists, including singers, dancers, a baton twirler and two sisters who played the ukelele. It was so difficult for the judges to choose the day's finalists from all the wonderful performers, because all of them were just outstanding!
Finalists from each day will be back to perform on Saturday and each is invited to perform at the State Fair in Syracuse.
I hope you can join us at least one day this week. The show runs between 10:00 and about 2:00 in the Talent Tent.
