Before I go shopping, I 'text' myself in my 'notes' on my phone...._____, dot, dot, dot _____, dot, dot, dot and so on and so on! To make things easier on yourself, before heading to the grocery store, take a photo of your fridge so you have a quick reference on what to buy. Also, pictures of your pantry, bathroom cabinet and your kitchen cabinets!
Then....off you go! Don't forget your phone....more times than not, I leave my phone in the car and realize I need it for my digital coupons, ughhh!
