Taking next week off, sleeping in until at least 5:00 and then, shortly after sunrise, I'll be riding my bike on the rail trail. I so enjoy this--it's one of my favorite things about having some time off. Amazing the birds (including, once, an owl!) and animals you see when you're out that early.
In case you're wondering, like Charlotte was, that's my generator light. I don't really need it, but I like it--you never know when darkness will suddenly fall, like maybe during an eclipse. (It could happen.) I'll be ready.
