The annual Easter Egg Hunt at our house was sixteen days ago. We hid 30 eggs (and by "we" I mean Charlotte) and only 24 were found. Even the adults (including the one who had hidden them) tried to find the last six eggs. But it was no use. Everyone was starting to get irritated, so there was nothing left but to just hope they'd show up on their own, maybe sometime before next Easter.
Well, we just found this one on the back porch Saturday when we moved a bag containing an item to be returned to the store. It must have rolled back there somehow. Anyway, that's the story we're sticking with.
Five more eggs are still "at large." (maybe extra large)
