Want to Sleep Better? It's All About The Plants!

"They" say that having a certain plant in your bedroom can help you sleep better!   Researchers say the color green has a calming effect too, so it's a win, win.....but I always LOOSE, LOOSE because any plant in my care doesn't stand a chance!  However, here goes...

LAVENDER slows the heart rate and lowers blood pressure!   JASMINE decreases anxiety and promotes restful sleep.  ALOE VERA improves air quality, giving off oxygen.  PEACE LILY filters out toxins, boosts room humidity and is a great house plant for winter, when the air gets dry!
