Whether you're Irish or not, everyone, as they say, is Irish on St. Patrick's Day. But in Dutchess County we never wait for St. Patrick's Day to have our annual parade!--we're the first! Come join in all the frivolity this Saturday in Wappingers Falls. The Parade steps off at 1:00 with lots of bands, floats, many organizations, and this year's Grand Marshal, William "Bill" O'Hare. Yours truly will be there as well.
