Doing THIS Will Guarantee a Great Night Sleep!

Do you trouble falling asleep AND staying asleep?  Here's some's suggested to climb in at 10:39pm, wow, that's about two hours after my bedtime!  Put your phone down 37 minutes before you go to sleep.


  • Ensure your room is about 61 degrees
  • Make sure the room is totally dark, painted white, and tidied
  • Read a few pages of a paper book (not an e-reader)
  • Sleep on your right side, with legs curled up
