As the students get ready to go back to school next week, they might need some help getting back into a routine! Here's some help.....it's suggested to climb in by 9:00pm and put your phone down 37 minutes before you go to sleep!
- Ensure your room is about 61 degrees
- Make sure the room is totally dark, painted white, and tidied
- Read a few pages of a paper book (not an e-reader)
- Sleep on your right side, with legs curled up
