Backstage at Raphael's Talent Search!

Wednesday we had another great edition of Raphael's Talent Search at the Dutchess County Fair.  I was backstage between acts, and noticed the variety of performers waiting to go on.  I thought you might enjoy seeing some of the mix--dancers, singers, musicians, and more, all just there enjoying the experience, as you can see by all the  smiling faces.

Returning for at least the third year is one of the always popular artists, tap dancer, Franklin Davis.   Tap dancing is timelessly enjoyable, and, by the looks of it, a terrific way to stay in shape!  He'll be back performing on Saturday at the finale.

Also behind the scenes we took this candid shot of one of our beloved judges, Mr. Ryan Wade, who, by the way, was one of the recipients of the Q92 Teacher of the Month Award this past year.  He is a wonderful judge, plus he never hesitates to offer support, encouragement and the occasional word of advice to these performers he appreciates so much.  One day of the year he allows himself Fair food, and here he is,  indulging in something delicious between acts.

Raphael's Talent Search continues today, tomorrow and Saturday from 10:00 to 2:00 at the Dutchess County Fair.  Be sure to catch the show one of these days.  Saturday is the big finale.
