Here's a simple, at home, exercise to tone up! And....it all starts with the Wood Chop!
...and it goes from this to the power ball push up and squat row! All you need is a 2 - 4 pound workout ball. Or, improvise and grab something you can hold on to with the same weight equivalent and make it happen!!!
