Don't Eat THIS Food Before You Go To Sleep!!!!

Sometimes a "midnight" snack is all you need to help you sleep!  It's recommended to eat protein, like a shake or cottage cheese!  Blah...no fun, why do that, when you can do this....

...have a slice of left over pizza, pepperoni pizza!  NOPE, not good!  Here's why....INDIGESTION!  The dairy may make you run to the bathroom or waking up with a bad belly, the cheese can give you bad dreams!  Want to know more?  Go here!  You may as well just pass and try the exercise I shared earlier in the week!
