Wait for it....wait for it!!! The experts are saying you should wait 90 minutes to have your first cup of caffeine in the morning!
We, apparently, wake up dehydrated in the morning, so the first cup of liquid should be an 8oz cup of lukewarm water in the morning, it will burn our metabolism.
Then.....after 90 minutes jump into that cup of coffee, this is when our bodies will need it the most!
