I know that when it's freezing, the LAST thing you want to do is properly clean off our car, well....enough where it won't get us a tickets! According to trucking.org, if you can't see through your windshield or car windows, it's a hazard! So, the little hole in the ice, isn't enough in these states (they have snow removal laws):
