Michelle and I met many listeners, and what was even better, many of the listeners met each other! It was amazing to see how everyone just clicked. I wouldn't be surprised if some repeat get-togethers are planned for the future.
The staff at the McDonald's in Hyde Park went absolutely all-out. Not only did they serve a delicious meal table-side, they created a beautiful atmosphere to provide the perfect candlelight setting, down to linentable cloths, centerpieces, candles, chocolates, and a special menu designed for the evening.
Special thanks to Chris Paine and the wonderful staff at McDonald's. Also, our thanks to the Hyde Park Florist, Chris Pearson from PartyLite, Carol from the Lollipop Tree in Beacon, and everyone else who contributed to the success of this event. I'm pretty sure we'll be doing it again.
