Looking to make a healthy & tasty smoothie? Take it easy on the fruit.

I love a good smoothie. I meal prep a ton at a time and then just pull them out the freezer each morning.

But on my next batch... maybe LESS FRUIT.

Turns out the perfect amount of fruit is one cup. And i'm pretty sure I'm using way more than that.
