What is L-Theanine, and what does it do?
I love a good supplement. I take vitamin D, B-12, Magnesium, Calcium, and Iron every day. I've also been known to take melatonin when I can't sleep.
But looks like L-Theanine just moved up the list. It's to combat the effects of stress on the body. It also helps to calm you without drowsiness and reduce anxiety. What- What?!
