Vicious Cat Fight Erupts Behind Reporter During Live News Report

By now, many people have adjusted to working from home because of the global pandemic, but one industry that just can't seem to get it together is TV news. Because much of the news is live, when it takes place at home, things interrupt broadcasts a lot more than if it was being filmed in a studio.

Already we've seen a dog disrupt a weather report, a topless dad crash a shot, and a reporter seemingly get caught having an affair when a half-dressed woman appeared behind him. Now, a live report has been ruined by fighting cats.

It went down in the Philippines when Doris Bigornia, host of a show called S.R.O., was on camera. As Bigornia conducted an interview, behind her, her two pet cats, Bella and Nala, started viciously going at each other. and all Doris could do was try to ignore it.

Doris's daughter, Nikki, told Bored Panda what went down, explaining:

"During the 'fight' itself, I was actually in another room, monitoring the live show. And when it happened, I didn’t know what to do! I was so fixated and laughing at my babies, but at the same time, I saw my mom panicking! Hahaha! Thankfully, she was able to keep her cool! The cats are fine, by the way! Bella just wanted to groom Nala, but I guess Nala wasn’t in the mood."

It might not seem that way, but the cats actually love each other. Nikki shared a video to prove it:

If you'd like to see more of the kitties, you can find photos and videos of them on Nikki's Facebook page.
