Justin Bieber is finally returning to the stage and is performing live during the 2020 iHeartRadio Music Awards on March 29th as the annual awards show's first-announced performer. More performing artists will be announced at a later date.
The 25-year-old is fresh off the heels of the release of his new single "Yummy," which is the first offering from his forthcoming yet-to-be-titled new album, due out sometime in 2020. The new album will be supported with a North American tour that kicks off in May in Seattle, and takes Justin across the country, stopping in cities including Portland, San Diego, Las Vegas, Denver, Chicago, Minneapolis, New Orleans, Houston, Nashville, Miami, Philadelphia and more, before wrapping up in September at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
Aside from performing during this year's iHeartRadio Music Awards, Bieber is also nominated in five categories including Best Collaboration and Best Music Video for his Ed Sheeran collab "I Don't Care," Best Lyrics for his song with Dan + Shay "10,000 Hours," Best Remix with Billie Eilish on their updated version of "Bad Guy," and last but not least, his Beliebers are nominated for Best Fan Army. The full list of nominees were revealed earlier this week.
Best Lyrics, Best Fan Army, Best Music Video and Best Remix are all fan-voted categories, and fans can cast their vote via social media. Social voting has officially kicked off and will close on Monday, March 23rd at 8pm ET/5pm PT for all categories, except for Best Fan Army which will continue through Friday, March 27th at 9am ET/6am PT.
