A Classic '68 Mustang Is Sold …With Owners Remains Inside

New Models Debut At North American International Auto Show

Usually, when you purchase a car, the owner will provide you a title to the car. What you usually don't get, is the actual owner.

A classic 1968 Mustang GT was put up for sale on Craigslist. The beat up classic muscle car had been sitting in a Florida barn since the 1970s. It's owner, James passed away a few years back and his best friend Bruce bought it.When James passed away Bruce asked the family if he could buy it from them. They agreed, and he moved it with him to North Carolina.

Bruce eventually decided that he didn't have the time necessary to fix it so he put it up for sale on Craigslist. A car collector named Zach Taylor came to look at the car and when he inspected it, he found a jar of ashes in the car. When he asked what it was, Bruce explained it was his old friend James and said the ashes came with the car. Zach agreed and purchased the car.

Now he's in the process of restoring the classic Mustang and plans on incorporating the ashes in the rebuild as well.
