Everybody gets stressed and everybody likes to tell other people that there's no way they're as stressed out as they are. Turns out Gen Xers might be justified in saying that. In a 2016 study by the HSE 24% of women and 14% of men between the ages of 45 and 59 said they were overstressed in the workplace.

So what are the best ways to relieve this stress? Better time management and plenty of sleep. Those who felt they didn't have enough time to accomplish tasks where twice as stressed as those who took the time to plan their days out.
