Frank Zappa Hologram Tour Announced 25 Years After His Passing

I bet absolutely no fan of Frank Zappa is surprised that he's going on a posthumous hologram tour. It absolutely fits that the late musician's quirky, thought provoking, and experimental life would keep on being just that 25 years after his death. His son Ahmet Zappa said as much in a statement released earlier this week:

“As a futurist, and hologram enthusiast, Frank fearlessly broke through boundary after boundary as an artist and in honouring his indomitable spirit, we’re about to do it again, 25 years after his passing”

In 1974 Zappa converted his rehearsal space into a sound stage and recorded an entire, never-before-seen show including songs that were never released. This footage is what's being used to construct the hologram.
