There's a new study out that says all the FREE FOOD we get at work is making us gain weight. And I'm like . . . forget that last part, guys. You had me at "free food."
The study looked at about 5,200 office workers and cataloged all of the food they got at work in just one week.
And the 10 most common FREE foods are:
Coffee . . . water . . . regular soda . . . sandwiches . . . tea . . . diet soda . . . salads . . . cookies and brownies . . . pizza . . . and chicken.
The 10 most common foods we pay for at work, mainly from vending machines or a cafeteria, are:
Regular soda . . . coffee . . . diet soda . . . sandwiches . . . potato chips . . . cookies and brownies . . . tortilla chips . . . French fries . . . chocolate candy . . . and crackers.
