I guess it really does pay to vote early!
Just ask a South Carolina woman who found participating in democracy to be extra rewarding this year after she stopped on her way home from voting and won a $2 million lottery jackpot!
The lady was on her way home from casting her vote when she decided to stop at a store to grab a drink and some lottery tickets.
The woman said she checked her Mega Millions ticket the next day and showed it to her husband, thinking she had won $1,000… but nope it was TWO MILLION.
She hasn't decided how to spend her money yet but says she plans on keeping it low-keyed.
I’m running to the polls NOW …and then hitting the convenience store!!
