KINGSTON – Police in Kingston have made a second arrest in connection with a large drug bust last week.
Members of the Special Investigations Unit charged an 18-year-old Kingston man with first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Ulster County Jail without bail. SIU detectives are still continuing the investigation.
On July 21, police arrested Cody Gilmore and charged him with two counts of drug possession and criminally using drug paraphernalia. When they arrested Cody, police seized 3.5 kilograms of heroin and 800 grams of cocaine.
