·The Treasury has released three new documents in regards to the Paycheck Protection Program. A revision to the Interim Final Rule can be found HERE. A new Borrowers Application can be found HERE. And a new Lender's Application Loan Guaranty can be found HERE.

·New guidance has been released by the Federal Reserve on the Main Street Lending Program, a complimentary program to the Paycheck Protection Program. You can find the guidance HERE.
·In today's (Thursday) press conference, Governor Andrew Cuomo discussed nursing homes and said the ban on visitors to nursing homes will only be lifted when health professionals say it is safe to do so. He did not give a timeline on when visitors will be allowed to return or recommendations from the Department of Health would be released.

3.Select your industry by scrolling down on the left side navigation bar.
4.Click on and read “View Summary Guidelines” for your industry.
5.Click on and read “Read and Affirm the Detailed Guidelines” for your industry, and then click the link at the bottom of the page or HERE to complete the form and hit submit.
6.Click on “Print Business Safety Plan Template” for your industry, and then print and fill out the template, and keep on file at your place of business.
