Mid-Hudson Valley arrests report: Thursday May 14, 2020

According to the Daily Freeman, here are the arrest from Thursday, May 14th!

Coxsackie

• Drugs:Tai Jhon K. Branch, 22, of New York, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10:20 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, on U.S. Route 9W and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (hallucinogen, 25 mg). Branch was jailed, but additional information was unavailable.

Olive

• DWI:Ella M. Cote, 46, of Boiceville, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:15 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, on state Route 28A and charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Cote was released with a ticket to appear in Olive Town Court.

Town of Rochester

• Contempt:Adrian J. Derello, 26, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 9:24 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, and charged with felony criminal contempt. Derello was released from the Ulster County Jail after posting $2,000 bail.

Rosendale

• Contempt:Christopher J. Galewaler, 31, of Rosendale, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, and charged with felony criminal contempt and the misdemeanors of obstruction of breathing and unlawful imprisonment. Galewaler was released with tickets to appear in Rosendale Town Court.

Saugerties

• DWI:Brandon P. Wolcott, 40, of Connelly, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:54 p.m. on state Route 212 and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving. Wolcott was released with tickets to appear in Saugerties Town Court.

Town of Ulster

• Drugs:Tristan D. Hines, 21, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:22 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, on Ulster Avenue and charged with the felonies of possession of a narcotic drug and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell. Hines’ status was unavailable.

• DWI:Alexander Kaplin, 46, of Sunny Isles, Fla., was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:36 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, on U.S. Route 209 and charged with the misdemeanors of obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest, driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Kaplin was released with tickets to appear in Ulster Town Cour
