This short video is wonderful, not just because of the great idea these students had, but the fact that they advocated for their idea to bring it to fruition. They stepped up and followed through on something meaningful. The young lady in this video--a 10-year-old no less--is so well-spoken and confidant! It's the sort of thing that gives one hope. I don't even know them and I feel as proud of them as if they were my own kids.
