Our Picture Perfect Weekend and Here Are Some Pictures

We enjoyed many wonderful moments this past weekend. I thought I'd share some pictures of a few of them . . .

Mary, Isaac and Max were visiting friends in the area and stopped in for dinner on Friday. Mary said, "Nana makes sure eveyone is fed!" That's a picture of Charlotte with little Max, who is 4 1/2 months now. I'll have pictures of Kaylee and Jack soon too, because I am delighted to say they will be visiting for a few days at the end of the month. We can't wait.

Saturday I enjoyed my first of the season bike rides on the Rail Trail. I hadn't had an opportunity until then due to schedule conflicts and weather. I almost didn't go (lazy), but was so glad I did!

And, of course, I had my weekend home handyman project, in this case, washing siding.

This is a photo I took Sunday morning of one of the glorious views from the School of Practical Philosophy in Wallkill, a setting that feeds the soul and the senses!

Sunday afternoon we met my brother, John, and his wife, Gee, at our halfway meeting point--a diner in New Jersey. It is one of the best blessings in life when your best friends are family too.
