If you're like me and every human being out there, when you're going to be weighed at the doctor's office, or maybe weigh yourself at home, gym....or if you're at a friends house, you secretly jump on their scale in their bathroom.....you automatically deduct for clothes and shoes!!!!
I'VE BEEN WRONG THIS ENTIRE TIME!!!!!!
I always, always deducted a minimum of FIVE POUNDS! According to another study....women can subtract 1.75 pounds and men can subtract 2.5 pounds for clothing. Their recommendation, before you step up....take off your shoes!!!!!
