Betty White is three months shy of her 100th birthday, and her fans want to make sure she makes it.
“Betty White is 99 years old and three months away from 100,” one fan tweeted. “Please provide her with national security protection and wrap her safely in bubble wrap. We love her.” Another added, “I’m going to fall apart if we lose #BettyWhite. Please keep her safe.”
Calls for the “Golden Girls” protection made her a trending topic on Twitter yesterday – much to the chagrin of some fans. As one person tweeted, “For the love of all that is holy, you can’t have Betty White trending without a disclaimer attached saying she’s fine!”
