Matthew Leatham is darn proud to be from Florida. We know that because the 22-year-old has a tattoo of the state right in the middle of his forehead.
He's also in hot water for calling 911 to get a ride home…TWICE.
A Pasco County deputy found Leatham and offered to call him a cab, but he said he didn't have money. Leatham then began walking in the direction he lives and again called 911 for a ride.
The officer caught up to him and arrested him while he was still on the line, according to the criminal complaint.
And when officers searched him, they found marijuana. So he's been charged with misuse of the 911 system as well as possession of marijuana.
