I learned that most people don't GO to a bank, in fact, many (10%) haven't been in a bank in the last year, 15% polled, in the last six months!!!!
Online banking, using the mobile app, which is what 85% of Millennials do, and of course the good ole' ATM (argh....last summer my ATM took my $150.00 deposit and it took ONE MONTH TO GET IT BACK....), keeps bankers out of the brick and mortar banks and just use the services on the go.
I still don't use the mobile app, not yet....I DO go into my banK, I have the nicest tellers, and they have us on in the background <3!
