The day after Thanksgiving, a man wearing a red hoodie and reindeer slippers was caught on security camera trying to steal a woman’s wheelchair right out from under her.
Video footage posted on Facebook by the Phoenix Police Department shows him aggressively trying to push her out of the wheelchair she was sitting in and eventually knocking her to the ground on Arizona's Valley Metro Rail.
But he didn’t get away with it! Fellow passengers chased the thief down and someone tackled him on the train platform, getting the wheelchair back. Phoenix police have arrested a suspect, Austin Shurbutt, who was still wearing the reindeer slippers when they caught him.
