$888 NOT to be IN a wedding, but be an average guest at a wedding!!! I read over the weekend that THIS is actually DOWN from last year's $1,000! When you factor in (maybe and engagement gift) the shower, your and your partner's outfit, traveling, possible hotel accommodations and the wedding gift, that's the going rate!
Just in case you're wondering, the average gift per person is $118! I'm super excited because my "first born", my sister's daughter is getting married in August and it just so happens that I've been a licensed Officiant, so I'll be performing the ceremony <3!
